Welcome to our home page with information on acquiring a Texas Real Estate License, a Texas Real Estate Inspector's License, or a Texas Appraiser's Certification. Capital Real Estate Training Center is a professional education facility dedicated to quality education for real estate agents. While many education providers are in business to give the student education credits, our goal is to give the student knowledge. With knowledge your goals are limitless. Currently approved to offer or administer real estate classes for Texas in both traditional on-site or home study courses. However, if you are in another state, contact your licensing commission and ask if adult education from a State University is acceptable for licensure or continuing education.
